Pros
Fun and engaging work environment with plenty to do and frequent vendor collaboration. The company rewards strong performance with bonuses, and time off is generally easy to obtain.
Cons
The salary is decent but could be better given the workload, which can feel overwhelming at times.

-Great pay and competitive bonus structure -Hours are fair, 40 hours until you reach General Manager then its 50 -Easy to request days off if needed and great vacation availability
Cons
-If you get hurt at all, expect to be dragged around if you end up on work comp -Management tends to not listen to new ideas to fix problems
