“Busy work” was the standard. The appearance of being busy, regardless of the quality of work done, was important to senior leadership.

Friendly co-workers. That’s about it.

Cons

Literally everything. Absolutely NO OFFICE SPACE to meet with clients. High turnover. Shady and incompetent management. Higher ups only care about the numbers. No appreciation. For my 3 year anniversary, I got an expired candy bar.
