* Follows metrics religiously without a consideration for context - it doesn't matter why you're doing poorly, only that you're doing poorly.
* Ineffective coaching strategies to correct poor performance - extremely out of touch approaches and procedures
* Lack of compassion for life events - i.e. if you have a death in the family you better have a death certificate
* Very unprogressive - they do not appreciate improvements to outdated processes
* Overall a very unwelcoming work environment
