      Pros

      Highly rewarding to teach the next generation of instructors. Management is super supportive. The students are always highly engaged and willing to learn. Overall a great experience.

      Management is supportive and in my experience has no way to improve passed what they already excel at

My coworkers are supportive, and there is a strong sense of teamwork, especially during busy shifts. The position offers stability and consistent opportunities to learn and improve. Management maintains clear expectations, and the environment encourages growth and accountability.

      Like many healthcare roles, the job can be fast-paced and demanding at times. However, this also creates opportunities to learn quickly and strengthen time management and critical thinking skills.
