The workers -pay every week- nice office

This place is a mess. People get overworked and underpaid. They don't pay the sales team their commission on time. Paycheck is always short. They will entice you to come on board by lies. The management is a joke. Management is notorious for giving people fake titles without pay. They do not have a real HR department and they have untrained people playing management roles. They are committing so many HR violations is not even funny. They have no problem firing people without any HR protocol or process. You need to kiss the management ego, so you do not become a target of their unprofessionalism and bullying mentality.

Dishonesty, payroll issues, and negative work environment

Some of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

Your job description changes daily, the amount of dishonesty is extremely high from the owner. Payroll is often an issue, like not getting paid on time or how you were promised. Office environment is toxic and negative. Good employees are let go while under performing ones are praised. This company is in poor condition.
