The constant turn overs and sometimes the lack of team work.

In operation for 30+ years and completely understaffed. Leadership/Management will work/use you like a slave without acknowledgement or appreciation. Micro-manages, insults staff and contradict themselves when enforcing policy and procedures. They think too highly of themselves regardless of the fact that they are grossly incompetent. Company has potential to do great things but the leadership/management is too small-minded to develop a plan in achieving that vision.
