Pros

Culture and people are what makes the company. They invest in several different formats of formal training on sales and leadership skills. The owner and leadership team have really big growth plans, so if you want to grow your career, the path is there. The office and work environment is incredible with lots of time in the field.

Cons

You have to do what you say. The management team holds you accountable, and customer service is of the highest importance. If you are unorganized or just not performing, they are going to try and get you on a successful path, but not going to give you a free ride.

Cool work. Nice co workers. Company car

Cons

Management does not run the company well The management is a boys club. If you aren’t in it, good luck moving up Company keeps losing employees and jobs. Closing departments. I just wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Management will talk bad about you behind your back
