Pros

Family oriented in the beginning, great skills learned about both investing and sales. Excellent communication at store level but dissipated once it went up the chain past the Regional Manager. Before the District Manager was replaced, there was little to no communication between stores but this became much better once they were replaced.

Cons

This company started out as a very small and family oriented place. Once it went public and the stores were having to pay everyone's salaries, it went downhill. The clincher was changing of CEO to the new person who ultimately didn't care about anyone but himself and closed all the locations.

Good job, not great.

Pros

Pay, benefits, customers, hours.

Cons

Consistent micro-management. Between District Mgr, Regional Mgr, Operations Mgr. and everyone in between, was made to feel like you already were incompetent. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
