Pros

Plenty of work and extra hours available. Straight forward time sheet system. Annual leave usually aproved.

Cons

Money saving means outdated, unsafe equipment and cars that areno longer suitable or look good. No chances to progress. Lots of bitchiness and gossip in team, not managed well by line Manager.

Pros

Direct Manager was pretty decent, tried their best to be supportive and smooth through any difficulties from senior management. Colleagues were nice too. New CEO has realised quite quickly how shambolic the organisation is and is taking steps to preserve the organisation as best he can. Example of having some fresh perspective.

Cons

Senior Management have been in-situ for 15+yrs, many of them straight out of school. Their knowledge of industry practices is woefully back in the stone-age. There's a lot of jockeying for position, with a lot of large egos looking to be stroked. A lot of bickering between department heads. nothing gets done. There's a reason they are within a hair's breadth of going bankrupt. HR is one of the most bloated departments and very little will be affected if the team was cut by 75%.

Pros

Absolutely no benefit as you get chastised for using discount

Cons

whole company is in shambles. Sacked me for being ill and being diagnosed with a life long disability. Refused to make reasonable adjustments. Refused to pay holiday accrued during maternity leave. Refusal so furlough during Covid as someone in HR decided if my immuno compromising medications weren’t putting me at risk, forced to take unpaid leave. Nitpicky management that refuses to leave the office and be on the shop floor. Drugs discovered in the office and given back to the person that left it there. Multiple people employed due to employees friendship with them just for them to take advantage and steal hundreds. Discrimination against single parents, shift changes behind your back and they will punish you for not agreeing even though you have a child to care for at home and no child care, management get jealous of staff having children and will punish you for it. , YOU WILL BE BULLIED INTO LEAVING I HAVE WITNESSED 60% OF STAFF LEAVE DUE TO BULLYS.
