Stepping stone plant

Pros

They’ve got a nice tv in the break room, and the have 2 refrigerators. Nothing flammable, you’ll get a nice workout with everything you’ll have to fix

Cons

Everything in the plant, you have worthless truck drivers that they decide to hire because they’re cheap and turn out to be just that, CHEAP and WORTHLESS, you have shift lead operators with None, count them, ZERO responsibilities other than finding a place to sleep for 10 hours while the rest of the outside ops work to make them look good. Management sucks and won’t fire the people that need to go back to the 9-5 job and just leave. The pay is way below par and almost to the point of making you want to work at Home Depot and get paid almost the same. Don’t work here unless you need ops experience or just don’t care about getting rear ended endlessly

Pros

The job is laid back, maybe to much, the drivers are the back bone of the company

Cons

There are many back stabbing employees and management is the worst, that I have ever worked for. The plant manager is clueless and if you suck up to him, you have a opportunity to advance. He is fired nearly 20 people is less than two years. The people that should have been fired, he keeps them because they suck up to him. He has four guys as lead operators that don't do a damn thing for 12 hours, but Sleep... go figure. I could go on and on.

Pros

Good work schedule, good workers.

Cons

Bad management.,management 's answer to their problems is to terminate employees. Unfortunate, they have great employees, management needs to be terminated.
