Great Place to Work, but I wouldn't want to live there. And I did!

Pros
The staff and especialy the owner are great. Give him notice and he'll give you time off. He was really the greatest boss a have ever had. He's customer service was the best and i learned alot.
Cons
No pay, no bonuses, no incentives, and its not the owner fault. Its the other owners fault. He's a millionaire and greedy. But I quess that how you get to be rich. No insurance. The worst thing is that no one shows to work on time. So you have to stay later than scheduled every day. They open 24/7 and the night shift is why i left, personaly can't handle working 4pm-12pm sucks for a single parent.
