      Pros

      Upper management is nice, people have passion, they like what they do and that translates into the food and service.

      Cons

      Home office is too far and it's hard for them to be as hands-on as we would like, leaving some of the stores to feel like an island with little support. Bonus system could be better as well as the overall structure within the company.
