Unprofessional management and disappointed department culture
I can't believe the culture of this department.
They will always speak ill of you loudly in the lunch room when you’re just sitting in the next door, especially after you submit letter of resignation, even you have done excellent job and gave one month to make transition, they never appreciate you.
But I am not surprised since they gossip and talk behind each other’s back as well.
Manager should be thinking about how to managing their team to help company instead of gossiping about others.
One of them likes to complain everyone including our boss. she won’t teach new employee anything, whatever you ask she will say it's an experience you'll find out in the future. But if you make a tiny mistake she won’t say anything to you but always make up a story to your manager about how careless you are.
In fact, she should spend more time on her own job then people does not have to find other colleagues in another company for help because of her terrible products.
I also consider sending this to the owner of the company if needed, let them know why people keep quitting recently and how unprofessional management is.
