      Pros

      This company provides reasonable salary compensation, and provides a lot of opportunity to move both laterally and vertically within the organization. Option to work remote is a plus.

      Cons

      The management style is very old fashioned and costs the business a lot of good opportunities. Interdepartmental bickering and lack of consistent company-wide communication and organization leads to really ineffective work environment. Management tends to be very reactive, and does not always think through decisions and their possible consequences. Sick/PTO policies are antiquated and not intuitive.
