      Pros

      The only pro is that it's a delivery job that puts you on your own during shift!

      Cons

      This is a company that you'll feel like might lose it's contract with Amazon anyday! Poor leadership, favoritism, and an extreme lack of communication in Chandler! Would be a good place to work if not for the weaknesses in leadership! Fly by night company!

      The hourly wage and you are on your own .

      Cons

      Dispatch plays favorites that are already there. You will never get 35+ hours . You will have to show up every day to see if you work. Management has no idea what the other is doing. Dispatch is not very knowledgeable and comes off like amazon will pull contracts soon they keep losing routes. They hire every week so they can replace you at any time. They are not worried about the drivers just numbers so you do not matter.

      Cons

      Sometimes I don’t get a route and I’m on time every day and show up everyday in scheduled. Feel like the pay should be better
