Pros

I learned a lot about Taft Hartley unions that propelled my love of working with Labor and Trust.

Cons

The managers perpetuated a constant level of hostility, denial of union representation, nepotism and favoritism, allowing employees on their buddy list to get away with illegal and egregious things on the job. The list goes on. If you want to keep your sanity and not take a huge hit to your mental health I would avoid this employer.

Horrible Place

Pros

The only “pro” is its a job nothing more. The first day I walked into this place I thought the job duties were unorganized. The young lady training me that she does what needs to be done. Not really an outline on how the job was supposed to be done. There were files stack under desk, in the desk that had documents that needed to be filed. The trainer explain to me that the original files were in storage so they waiting to get the original files to files existing documents.

Cons

The manager and I had a meeting and she inquired about how long it would take for me to learn the system. I explain to the manager that I was still getting documents that I had never seen before so I didn’t know how long it would take to get up to speed on that job. ***But the kicker if you’re terminated from this company don’t mention them in your new company background search because you will receive a very bad reference.
