      Pros

      Good pay, fast learnign the job. Hands on work immediately.

      Cons

      Very unfriendly environment. They hire many employees for the first 3 months-trial period and then just fire them with no clear reasons. Only part of salary is oficial, the rest is in anvelope.

As I see, you worked in that company more than a year, and I assume you still felt great there because people do not stay for long time where they don't have something to win :) Hope you found the perfect job for you. As for note. Please do not confuse Sovamax GmbH and LLC, there are 2 different companies
