Cult Culture Vulture Company

Pros

Pros are working with some amazing people that have good ideas and really want to make a difference in the spirits industry. A lot of strong talented people to work with and collaborate but falls short with the company toxic cult like culture.

Cons

This company thrives off of cult like rhetoric that makes employees feel like they’re a part of the bigger picture, but they’re not. The company simply uses each employee for their resources and labor. Obviously, you get paid — but the expectation is to do your job and overall any job that’s asked of you. Obligations that are not yours and not what you signed up for end up being an expectation of the CEO. The CEO doesn’t believe in financially investing in the progress of the brands. He uses celebrities and other cult like figures to push the narrative of these brands being transformative, but they’re not. They’re cheap knock off versions of better brands. And the company thrives off of stealing the intellectual property of its employees, celebrities, influencers and honestly — any one they can get their hands on to convince.
