- Partners are not very supportive of each other - divided between ones too wealthy and ones still making it - Investment committee dynamic is not positive - some call it a firing squad - Staff turnover is erratic - PA support staff is let down by few with unfriendly attitude (ask one too many questions and they will bite your head off!) - Current managing partner, being quite wealthy, lives in a bubble and isolated from the team - Some of the partners are needlesly aggresive
