HR monitors your activity and what you do every minute of time clocked in. If you miss a punch in or out, you have to redo trainings from HR and put on a "timing/procedure" pip. Paid monthly, even if you are a salary employee (they do not disclose this during interview process or on offer letter). Once you become an Account Executive there is no room for growth. Still a growing company that doesn't have sound platform.
Super Sovereign Day is a good morale boost for team members. The pay is decent compared to other agencies. Most of the employees you rely on are very good at their jobs.
Cons
Management will be changing in a few years, and the managers who are not quite enjoyable are the ones who are taking over.
