Pros

There are absolutely nothing pros to list for this mediocre company

Cons

1. Fair market remuneration. You are giving below-market remuneration. 2. On paper it is 9.30am - 18.30pm. You are required to complete your work and there is no OT pay. Which I find ridiculous because you are handling 3 people's roles and responsibilities. How on earth a person could do that? We are humans, not AI. Many times, you will be activated for work during your weekends. 3. There is no such thing as 13 months but a variable/performance bonus that is lesser than 13 months which pays out in 2 trance. Half in February, the other half in July. Joke. 4. The management likes to gossip and listens to gossip a lot. They are too comfortable with their position with their fat cheque. Only the older staff gets respected but if you are new blood to the company, you will be mistreated. 5. I have seen people who work hard not get any opportunities but people who bootlick succeed in this company.

Pros

Lunch buses are good! They provide two schedule everyday to allow us to have a variety of places to eat our lunches. Shuttle bus is also provided to send us to office since the location is quite out of the way.

Cons

Think twice (or even thrice) if you are joining the marketing team (beauty division). One of the worst hell you could get. Basically if you can’t suck your way up then don’t bother being there because the people there will definitely make your life so miserable. Manager worked based on her mood and whether she likes you or not. There’s never a correct way of doing things, THE ONLY RIGHT WAY IS HER WAY. Guidance is minimal and they expect you to know how things work and how to read minds.

Pros

There are more cons than the pros.

Cons

Lots of micro managing. Boss and colleagues work depending on mood. You have to ‘fit in’ to your own team inorder to survive. Extremely messy work culture, no proper SOP to pass down but instead new staff are told to create one. Told to work while on MC with high fever, got told by the director that it’s irresponsible for staff to be on MC. You will be questioned if you go home on time.
