      Clients are great and atmosphere is beautiful.

      Cons

      The owners lie to you about everything to your face and then talk about you behind your back like high schoolers. The first time you speak up about something you don't like they mark you forever after. Once you make them made they treat you like crap, make sure you don't get clients and cut your schedule. They go through management because they are so childish and can't take any form of criticism. Runs Groupons constantly!

      Being close to downtown Birmingham .

      Cons

      Do not use your hard work here. The owners at the spa cause much slander. They are very unfair towards their employees and how they treat them individually. They expect much diligent work but do not reward fairly. Will make you use all your energy for no room for growth. Also speak about other employees which is comely unprofessional.

      The french bakery next door is pretty good, and Birmingham MI offers good peoplewatching.

      Cons

      Poor pay, sketchy payroll practices, management is manic/chaotic and seems to not have the emotional bandwidth for honesty with self or employees.
