A great place to work if you contribute and are resourceful . The negative reviews seem bogus or at the best outdated and incorrect. We are now officially called SPA, inc and are not in Loveland Oh but located outside of Cincinnati in Milford. Our philosophy from day one has been: "Keep the client happy and we will all be rewarded " Good health benefits and fine 401k plan.
Cons
We employ many temps from agencies and by and large they are fine and many have moved up to be full time. Anyone in management that has used temp services will know that often the person is a temp for a legitimate reason . But we have a solid core of about 27 full time well salaried employees. Very few of these fine people have been with SPA less than 10 or 12 years--many over 20.
