Poor pay, no commission, increasing work responsibilities with no pay increase, unorganized

Unfortunately, the company I worked for had a very toxic work environment. There was a lack of support and cooperation among coworkers, which often made it difficult to get things done. To make matters worse, management seemed to change their minds every week and designated new leaders in an attempt to improve things, but this only added to the confusion and instability. Additionally, many employees were not willing to help each other out and would talk behind each other's backs, which only contributed to the negativity in the workplace. Finally, there were frequent issues with the company breaking contract statements without any consideration for the employees affected, especially in regards to bonuses, prior notice, and pay day timeframes. All of these factors made working at the company a very unpleasant and challenging experience.
