Pros

Hard pressed to find any - the hours - location - end of the year time off for holidays

Cons

- poor morale - no benefits, unless you count $260/bi weekly payments for medical for a single person a benefit - weird dynamic with the husband/wife duo who run the company. they treat the employees who have been there the longest like their children. obvious favoritism, very manipulative -CEO is a loose canon who lacks leadership skills and doesn't know how to keep her business afloat or how to take criticism (which is obvious based on all of the snarky responses she leaves to former employees on here) - extremely antiquated business model, - hostile and contentious work environment - job description was inaccurate, i was expected to cold call (who does that in this day and age? It's NOT effective) - plenty of microaggressions

Have you heard of the phrase “Empty vessels make the most noise”? It's a proverb that means those with the least talent, ambition and knowledge usually speak the most, speak the loudest, and create the most fuss — all in an effort to justify their inability to perform. Essentially whatever to takes to make their presence felt the most. We see this type of person, more and more in the age of the internet. Empty voices willing to go on-line under the cloak of anonymity to diminish and bully others… all in an effort to validate their own existence. It’s not our fault you give no effort and are unwilling to contribute (even a little). Free advice: Try to do something totally foreign to you - try to make an effort, try to better yourself, try to care and try not to destroy what others have created because you are afraid of success and the effort it would take to achieve it. This website has given you and a handful of others like you, a forum to expose your inadequacies (not ours) to the world. I wish you good luck in your future endeavors. This company has grown and prospered for over 17 years and will continue to do so (despite the few bad apples we have come across).

Pros

A paycheck... but you barely get anything in it after their awful health insurance and to be honest the amount of stress, drama and disrespect from the owners are not worth it

Cons

Everything from the hours, the health insurance, the owners, the culture....Put your mental health first and avoid employment here
