It’s a good place to start when you’re inexperienced, naive, and desperate to get into the industry. But after some time you’ll realize how dysfunctional it is. Management doesn’t listen to employees, or when they ask for feedback, they don’t take it seriously or instead flip the blame onto the employees. Policies are constantly changing, and communication is poor and not transparent so it’s hard to keep up. It’s a well known secret in this industry that this company is toxic.
