      Pros

      Great work environment with knowledgeable people around you. Pay is good even though medical and dental a bit too high. Time flexibility is acceptable.

      Cons

      Watch out for some people in the management. If you commit one mistake, all the good ones that you did would not matter. On busy situation, no one will back you up even though you are just doing your job.
