      You will be lost in SPACE

      Pros

      Salaries are paid on time although they are really low compared to market's networking standards. You will not be easily fired.

      Cons

      LOW SALARIES. They don't give engineers the chance to extend their knowledge. Many engineers don't have the potential (no teamwork) to be engaged in new technologies. Many employees are relatives (family based company). Be careful how you are talking to others. Old (technically speaking) people to inappropriate positions. Outsourced to financial sector companies.

      Cons

      Space Hellas is one of the worst companies in industry. They don't know what respect to employees means. Fist of all you can't trust them, they change the deals and the position roles that you agreed from the first time. Its absolutely family driven company. The managers don't really care about the right management and they just command you like you are in the military. Just two word Keep Away.

      -Literally none that I can think of.

      Cons

      -Extremely high employee turnover. Of course, when you see 5-10 job posts each week you can understand that without having to work there. -Extremely toxic work environment. -High discrimination. -Micromanagement from totally incompetent little people. -During the COVID-19 period many of the abovementioned little people tried to force employees to get vaccinated and fired many who refused to.
