      If your luck is not supportive then join space STEM

      Full on restrictions(micro management), no mobile phone access on name of law (which is not at all about mobile but about data security), Break timings issue (you may get warning letter), (HR inability) no firm leave policies, salary slip can be delayed for 3 months, not issuing increment letter, poor attendance system which shows u absent though employee has worked for 14 hours (no flexi timings) As in one of the review it is mention hire ratio is less is just because hr team is busy in online shopping and chit chatting.

      HR arranges lots of employee engagement activities, recently outdoor picnic was also arranged. 24 PLs are given to staff so they can plan their holiday accordingly. We have very good positive work culture where proper transparency is maintained.

      Decent company space for the medium sized company

      Cons

      1. No national holidays, only get 2 holidays in an year. 2. No access for using mobile phones. You have to submit your mobile phones before entering the office. 3. Below average office culture. 4. No work-life balance. 5. Most of the websites are blocked on your system, with no phone access, no freedom while you are working.

      24 Paid Holidays are given to the staff so they can plan their holidays accordingly. Staff can use mobile phones whenever they want but they need to use this in the canteen only. Due to the nature of work we are doing blocking social networking websites need to be blocked.

      Management force employee to post good review on social media and glassdoor so that other people can join. It is not good. company should be honest to the world. Let employee show the correct picture to the world . They post good reviews to cover negative review given by formar employee
