Pros

Great support network, great culture and a sense of being part of a family. If you work hard, show loyalty, are always proactive and always ask questions, you’ll go far in this company. Training is fantastic and the agency is always looking for new ideas from its employees. A very inclusive approach to working.

Cons

Only that lockdown has meant it’s been a challenge to maintain company culture, I’m sure a similar challenge for all companies. I can’t wait to get back to the office.

Cons

middle/upper management will shift their workload/responsibilities onto new staff and shift responsibility down the chain. Basically throw you under the bus for any mistakes they've made.
