Pros

Great customers, challenging markets, good co-workers. Technology is catching up with the markets. Focus on growth and new business.

Cons

No integration of the multiple company cultures over the past five years. Business focus is missing big picture. Focus on small clique of people without much input from the bulk of the company. Bandaids applied to major issues rather than fundamental fixes.

Question everything in this company - don't fall for it!!!

Looks great on the outside, plenty of promises and smiles from ear to ear.

Cons

Rotten and disgusting on the inside. Management is very immature and politically driven, it is very much like one big minefield - who should I be friend with today? who's the next one to be fired? every day feels like a mind game and if you don't play it right you might find yourself outside it that very same day.
