      No pros to add overall

      Cons

      Pay is a way low under the other places, HR is simply horrible, guests pay service charge but employees get just a tiny part of it as Head Office keep majority of the amount to pay their expenses and CEO doesn't care about people...just avoid it at all costs

      Good way of meeting new people, nice and cosy environment to work in, reasonable distance as they have multiple restaurants all over London

      Cons

      I left when they decided to promote me without salary rise.
