      International team with a start-up environment. Quite friendly management with open doors for all problems. Definitely recommend

      Not enough layers of heirarchy to see personal growth/evolution over a few years time.

      Pros

      You will get much freedom and responsibility. Your opinion matters from day one. You can ask for help anytime and you will receive it. Friendly colleagues and nice company events. Fast paced company.

      Cons

      Sometimes too dependant on mother companies. Not many development opportunities but certainly many opportunities to develop yourself in term of taking on new projects and learning new things.
