      Love the job but workload/pay ratio is off

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers, small campus, has an impact on students and community. Benefits other than pay are great. Depending on department, some allow for lots of flexibility

      Cons

      High workload for just enough pay to get by, everyone is overworked because few people are willing to work/stay long for the pay offered. Administration needs to listen to the rest of campus.
