Pros

It fosters a family-like environment, whatever your department might be. Their HQ in Miami is well kept and integrated between radio stations, TV studios and their LaMusica streaming service—music literally beams from everywhere! Good starting salary and extensive benefits for full-time employees...and did I mention free lunch on Fridays and occasional ice cream afternoons?

Cons

Not at the moment...possibly the long hours but that goes with the territory.
