Pros

- Transdisciplinary approach with multidisciplinary team - A lot of learning opportunities (training) - Now change to 5 days working (show effort for company to provide WLB to staff)

Cons

Not good for someone who just want to work for the sake of getting job/salary. This is a place for someone who really passionate wants to contribute in making the life of children with special needs (and their family) better. There is many workload, plans and goals, but is to ensure best quality of service given to the children. Not everyone can cope with the pace and mission, especially if someone not really passionate to work with children.

Pros

Learning opportunity was given. Onboarding training was so comprehensive but too much to process as a freshie. But I think it's good for me as it ensure me grow in a short period of time. Apart from the regular training module, Spark has fixed regular training days every year (4-5 if I'm not mistaken) dedicated to uplift our skills. Supervisors are there to guide me. There is a ranking support system. As a team member, you have your team lead to observe you during your session to provide you ad hoc support. On top of that, the next ranking I can refer to is our supervisor, like a head of department. Furthermore, they have a Paediatrician on board! Case discussion in a group or 1-1 was done/can be requested with the paediatrician to disect your case.

Cons

The silent killer. Everyone work very hard in supporting the children. But it is kinda demotivated when you're being team up with "silent killer". Those members who does not perform well, but giving their best to negatively influence their team members like me. I'm lucky enough to avoid this person and know Spark is what I need now to grow myself. This type of person will also always complaining about everything from setting, to staff, and management. I once witness this person made a mess in the classroom. Instead of reporting to the management for maintenance and cleaning, this person keep their mouth tight and make others see like the maintenance is not being done. Of course, this person eventually left.
