      The diverse team of hard chargers is reflected in the engineering, sales and operations departments of the company. The board of directors includes private sector VCs and Federal Government VCs. Everyone here is committed to driving material value to Spark's customers.

      Cons

      The snacks are too good and can lead to some unhealthy choices.

      Spark has an incredible company culture and encouraged me to take on new responsibilities while providing ample support. Great, fun team to work with!

      Pros

      Awesome leadership team who are extremely supportive of the personal and professional growth of the individuals in their departments. Wins are celebrated for everyone, and failures are the responsibility of many, never a lone person. Real friendships extend beyond work hours for many people here. There is always something new and exciting to work towards.

      Cons

      If you have an allergy to dogs, working here could prove difficult - it is a very pet friendly office, so there is usually at least 1 pup running around. For me, this is still a pro, but that may not be the case for everyone!
