Sparkbay has a work environment that really distinguishes it from the others. With no surprises, the company culture is great and everyone including management thrive in keeping it strong. I appreciate that we have great clients that are open and willing to exchange on best practices to maintain a high level of engagement at work. People that work here genuinely love the product and embrace the company's vision. This makes it easy to attract and keep our top people in my opinion.
Cons
Sparkbay is a fast-growing startup and you can definitely feel it. Management is there to constantly push you to be better and if you don't thrive in improving your skills in a fast-paced environment, this is not the place for you. But when the product is great and the customers are happy, it makes it easy.
