Pros
Esports is a really unusual industry. Working among other professionals with relevant production experience in this market is incredibly helpful, I’ve gained a lot of experience in a short period of time compared to my previous job. Management is honest and transparent, I appreciate them looking out for everyone. The job opportunities are unique, and the team is really easy to get along with.
Cons
Again, this industry is pretty crazy. Clients and other businesses we work with are unstable and unpredictable. There’s always a new challenge, so this studio is not for the faint of heart, requires hard work and dedication, not easy but we get through it as a team.
