Toxic management and heavy workload. AVOID!

The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable.

Cons

Management has little flexibility, severely understaffed so you will have to work the job of 4 people most of the time. Little understanding of mental health management. Management will also yell at you across the office, many days making at least 1 person cry. You also will not receive formal training.
