Low pay, environment can be toxic, low benefits, expect government mandated minimums as much as possible

- Benefits are not good - Some project timelines are unrealistic due to lack of communication - Management, even unintentional, will share personal information of present and past employees - Terminations ( in my case ) are handled poorly and without warning. Items are packed and no exit interview to discuss issues.
