Pros
Sparkloft has been more of a family and lifestyle rather than a job. You'll meet interesting curious people here many of whom will naturally become your life-long friends. You'll get to work on amazing projects with fun clients many of whom will also become your friends. Our clients love us and stay with us for a long time. The projects will stretch you, and you'll surely grow here. You'll likely get to travel to far away places and trade great stories with your colleagues at lunch or happy hour. You'll get an opportunity to chart your own course and advance quickly, since the industry and the agency are always changing and growing. You can re-invent yourself many times. One thing that truly matters to me is that the management cares about people as a whole (not just their work selves), and there is a lot of trust and autonomy.
Cons
Not so much a con, but rather a warning. While it is a fun-loving group, make no mistake -> you'll work hard, real hard! The good news is that hard work is rewarded, and ambition is encouraged. It's up to you to learn how to stay cool under pressure. If you can do it while delivering great work, you'll thrive here.

Pros
I've been at Sparkloft for several years and there is no place I'd rather be. They care deeply about their work, employees and relationships and show it as often as possible. Everyone employed here works hard, plays fair and has the utmost respect for one another and the work they produce. Their executive staff actively participates with all employees on a regular basis; they never ask anything of anyone they wouldn't do themselves. It's clear they have worked hard at building an excellent professional and personal culture that so many talented people have loved being apart of.
Cons
Like any mid-size company, Sparkloft has experienced growing pains over the years. They are still figuring out internal processes for project management and HR, but are trying to establish without haste in order to achieve the best possible future outcomes.
