Pros

Generally friendly environment. Relaxed environment. You will know people by their names. You get a work iPhone. Not stressful at all if you can prioritize tasks. Work is very easy even though some people make it seem difficult.

Cons

"We never fire people" aka we will "transfer you" to something that is not of your job description and if you don't accept it on the spot, will write "voluntary termination" for you until you verbally say that that is totally wrong. Thought it was very inappropriate to offer "transfer" me to a different job one morning after working for 1.5 years as if it were a downgrade instead of helping to build me up, motivate, learn new things, and reach new heights. Not the kind of place a recent college grad would think highly of. If you care about career progression at all or are a college graduate I would steer clear. It's a place to start but I cannot imagine anyone staying longer than 1.5-2 years in this specific environment. Lacks leadership and good work habits, and guess what? It'll show very quickly and will demotivate you when you see people that have been at the company for "years" can't seem to handle simple tasks like email and signing papers and something as basic as a clean and organized desk. If one cannot lead a team, do not expect miracles to suddenly happen. You get what you put in. If you are unorganized and tend to things as they arise, your output will reflect that. It's very interesting considering how some people have way worse habits than I do, such as coming into work 0.5-1.5 hours late, taking 1-2 hour lunches, and leisurely talking on the phone instead of responding to time sensitive emails/calls are just some of the unprofessional habits that people have that are more of an issue than me coming in a few minutes late. When problems with customer arises, the problem will usually not be communicated to the production line and its workers, causing production quality issues that are never solved. This is due to a lack of communication by higher management. I'm very early in my working career and even i know a poor excuse when I hear one. Actions clearly speak louder than words, and nothing will happen if you don't make the changes. "Do as I say, not as I do" can be the work ethic here. A lot of people are way too comfortable here and that is the main problem.
