There's hardly any structure. And they actually brag about not having structure and don't realise how many people are unhappy about that.
Nobody feels comfortable speaking to management but they're so detached that they would disagree.
They preach that you can create your own position, but they constantly give the good work to favourable employees. On top of that, the whole time I've been here, they've only hired a "Key Account Director" for leadership, and one of the two team leaders quit, and they didn't bother to fill his position. I know 4 to 5 people that are just trying to get the experience so they can get out.
Reviews and One-on-One's are almost always pushed off or late. Again, they don't realise how many people actually care about this and how it's disrespectful.
