Management plays favorites all the time. Prefer Contractors more than employees. No Career growth or financial growth.

There is None to speak of.

Cons

You can’t ask for a salary raise or promotion unless you are close to the management. If you insist you might be shown the door. You may work day and night but at the end don’t expect any appreciation for your effort. The management might say you have not done anything extraordinary. Also don’t believe on their appraisal system. It’s just a formality. Worst company to have been associated with.
