Management is poor and have very little intention of helping employees progress unless you are a family member or close to it. Very abusive environment!
Can make quite a bit of money in the busy season. Base pay helps, and you receive commission on top of that.
Cons
Management can be extremely toxic, and as a family owned business, their priorities come first. Management will be quick to shift blame from themselves to any employees they find convenient. Like most car sales, hours are very long, and while management can be flexible, other times they will summarily deny time off.
