Let us tell you why we are responding to your review so late; We were actually waiting for you to feel when are a level when you are assigned with client work or at least pass through that training period. Because we know that has changed your mind and you being in Sparx, now for more than 5-6 month not consider yourself as LABOUR any more. Our interview and test paper for any fresher is just basic because they come from colleges and not from any company with earlier experience, that's the reason we keep our papers and test in a way, we can find real talent like you even when we keep our test simple and easier. You will not understand many things at this stage of your career but surely after few years, you would be able to understand a company perspective as well on why they make such critical practices in India. Doing any business is no where easy my friend. GD doesn't provide a question answer practise, if it had we would have argued and agreed you on many of your doubts. Why don't you meat in person to HR team and even CEO of the organization to clear all your doubts and queries, within your training period in Sparx, you must have realised that we are genuinely a very very open organisation. Try it once.
