Salary issues and toxic management.

No lengthy interview process. Easy reply
Cons
They will deduct your salary without and prior notice and will not even tell when it is going to relieved or the reason behind the deduction no matter how well you perform. Also the contractual bluff and games is all depending on their mood. Their on paper things are different and verbal commitments are different.

One can dream of being located at high post and good remuneration.
Cons
The company offers good remuneration package to the candidate. However, once you join the company it will pay only 1/3 of the salary. And rest of the salary they keep on depositing in their own account and claim of relieving after 1 year. Which in reality will never be released. It is very small company with no financial resources at all. Salary (1/3) get credited by end of month only, however management is intelligent enough to cut salary for even 5 minute delay.
