Pros

I love most of my co-workers and the job itself is pretty easy.

Cons

I don't even know where to start with this. The owner is terrible to work for. She is rude, condescending, micro managing and causes unnecessary drama. She loads so much work on you (some things that she should be dealing with) and constantly texts you giving you more 24/7- even on your days off. She makes this place so negative and it does wear on you- effecting your life. She doesn't care about her employees.

Pros

Hard to list any... it is beautiful and a nice experience for the customer

Cons

Underpaid-$20 per service increases depending on service. Customers tend to mostly leave small tips... occasionally leaving a descent tip. Asked to do laundry ,clean room, and turnover room between services for no pay. Employees are grumpy and tired because they are overworked and under paid. No training, thrown into service whether you know how to perform it or not. Not really benefits

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are saddened to hear that your time did not meet expectations. We are so grateful for the impact our team has on our guests at each and every spa, and we are proud to invest in all of our fantastic team members. We would encourage anyone with questions regarding their compensation and benefits to reach out to their director to see what options may be available. We appreciate all of your hard work and wish you the best moving forward.
