You will get an intensified bootcamp like training at the corporate office, as well as from your district manager while in the field.

Cons

The hours can be long and sometimes grueling, working into the early morning hours. There often does not seem to be enough off time to disconnect and refresh.

The management treats their male employees terribly. One of the worst, if not the worst place I've ever worked at. There are no benefits because they make sure as a regular employee that you never work enough hours to get benefits. The upper management is the worst and really treat every guy like they are nothing.
